Mark visited when our 25 year old boiler broke and gave a very competative quote incorperating most of our original system , unlike other installers who quoted to change our system unnecessarily. He completed work on time and kept to quotation.

We actually found Mark via the Grant boiler directory of registered oil boiler technicians. Our oil boiler had failed and several technicians (including the person who installed the boiler) had either not responded to our 'help' requests or had failed to repair the fault despite claiming they had. Mark responded quickly and fixed the fault plus some additional boiler issues. We were so pleased, we also got him to replace our thermostatic shower bar which wasn't working and will be servicing our boiler. He is now on our list of reliable tradespeople we can call upon when needed.

I cannot praise Mark highly enough. My blower boiler malfunctioned at Christmas leaving me with no heat. I was given Mark's name and he immediately responded. He came and dealt with the problem, efficiently, professionally and competently. He pointed things out that other engineers had never mentioned. I was so impressed I will be using him from now on and he will come and service my boiler in August 2023. Highly recommend.

Although Mark was unable to help us in the end, as our equipment was to old and in a bad state to be repaired, he was both very knowledgeable and helpful and tried to assist us free of charge.
