We offer a very competitive hourly and half hourly rate for repairs; there is No call out fee, unlike some larger companies!

If you are outside our local area, there is an additional charge made to cover travel costs.

There is a minimum charge of One hour with a competitive hourly and half hourly rate thereafter, you may have to pay a small travel cost. Please ask for more details when you book a service call.

Oil boiler breakdowns are at the discretion of the engineer on call. Please ask for more details when you call.

There is an out of hours charge in addition to the minimum hourly charge of One hour, plus travel costs if you are outside our local area.

We do try to answer all calls personally, but you will appreciate that as a small business this is not always possible.

If there is no answer, please leave your details clearly, and include a contact telephone number.

The engineer on call will return your call as soon as possible.

All Urgent call outs are given Priority depending on there nature.

Estimates are provided for larger jobs where required.

We do not under take GAS boiler repairs or installations; although if you ring us we can provide you with details of a GAS SAFE registered gas engineer.
